Based in The Hague, I am a professional free-lance bassoonist and teacher with 25 years of experience. I perform regularly on double reed instruments with various orchestras and chamber music groups in Holland and abroad and teach recorder, flute and bassoon at The American School of The Hague (ASH) and The British School in The Netherlands (BSN) as well as privately. I have experience with all ages and often substitute as a music teacher at different schools. My students consistently do well on the British ABRSM exams. My hobbies include reading, history, photography, working out and traveling the world in a land rover with my Dutch partner. I am Canadian/British and have been living in The Netherlands for 19 years.
